After you send it
You get a reply from me with a clear next step, usually a conversation to map the work as it actually runs today. If it becomes a project, the next thing you see is a written proposal with the scope and the number in it. Nothing gets built before that is agreed.
If a website builder or a spreadsheet is the better answer for what you described, the reply says so. The pricing page covers how the number is set and what moves it, and the process page covers what happens after you say yes.
